On August 30, 2012, Chad took Grant to his first pro football game. He took Grant to the Cardinals v. Broncos preseason game. Grant loved it. His favorite part is hanging out with his dad. Grant has also started watching baseball and football games with Chad on TV. (the next morning, partially due to extreme exhaustion, there were a lot of tears when those black things were removed from his face)
For Labor Day weekend we headed to Vegas to spend a couple of days with the Wadleys. It was an action packed, fun filled weekend for all of us. We never saw Grant and Cole because they were so busy with Bryce and Mitchell.
Saturday, we swam, did some errands and hung around the house. In the evening, Chad and I headed out with KaySea and Mike to the Flamingo for some all you can eat crab legs on Saturday night. We left all the kids home with Bryce in charge. We ate our hearts out.
On Sunday after church and dinner we went to the Bellagio to watch the fountains dance and sing then went to the temple to see it lit up at night.
Monday was all about water. We spent several hours swimming. Grant kept switching between soccer shorts and swim trunks and between video games and the swimming pool.
