Well, things didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. The jelly is not setting. I have to unseal the jars and add more pectin then reseal the jars. Thank goodness the pectin recipe insert comes with a section about what to do if the jelly doesn't set. I'm bummed though. I followed the instructions just right. I don't know what happened. Does anyone know what you do wrong when jelly doesn't set?

Oh I had no idea that you had a name for your baby! Really like Cole!! Can't wait to see pics of him!
I didn't see your list of things to do until I saw the last comment. You are ambitious! It was fun to read the things you want to do. Have you hiked Havasupai before? Sam and I have gone 3 times and LOVE it!
I was also interested in your comment about becoming a bradley instructor. Did you take a bradley class? I used hypnobirth for both labors. I am always interested when I find other people that are interested in natural childbirth. It isn't for everyone and every woman must make the best choices for her specific situation but I am really a believer in making informed decisions and having coping skills and options to get through labor and birth and any procedures that might be necessary. Good luck with Cole's birth. I'll be excited to see pictures and hear how everything goes.
